Term1

This week we had snag Golf.

We had so much fun and our instructor is  Awesome.

Pigeon Messages ....Statistical Investigation...Winning Levi

Week 6

Term1

For Inquiry we have been looking at how the soldiers sent messages to one another in ww1.

We discovered that the Pigeons played. Big role in helping Soldiers in WW1 by being their measagers.

This week we sent our first pigeon message to room 13... We were so excited to send the messages and so happy we received messages back from them.

We we will be sending messages to one another each week.

In Maths we did 2 Statistical Investigations on toothbrushes and Favourite Fruits in room5.

We Won Levi in assembly this week and Paula received the Principal Award 

Visiting the Construction Site

Term#1 Week#5

This week we visited the construction site to see where the new senior building was going to be built. 

First we lined up

Next we made our way to the construction site.

We could see the Men working hard.

One man was cleaning up the wood and putting it on the wheel Barrel. 

We saw one man scrubbing the tops of wooden doors..

We can't wait to see the new building.

Handwriting & Milk- Inquiry-Navy Visit & Principal Award Winner

WEEK#4        TERM#1

Welcome to another Awesome Week In ROOM FIVE!!!

This week we have started Handwriting with Milk after lunch..... 

We all get to relax practice our handwriting and enjoy our nice chilled Milk .

For Inquiry we looked at the different people who may have been involved in WW1.

We designed a uniform for a Female and Male Soldier , Doctor and a child From WW1

some of us wanted the WW1 Characters to be colourful 

We had a special visit from the Navy. 

We loved listening to their stories,Prizes and the drills.

This week we have been busy publishing our very first pieces of writing for our Publishing folders.
